Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - SNF / LTC - $1,422 per week

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) that is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of Michigan to work in a skilled nursing facility / long-term care (SNF / LTC) setting.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract position located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistance under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist in a SNF / LTC environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice (Michigan).

Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• 5x8 days schedule (8-hour shifts, days).
• Start date: 11/16/2026.
