Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - SNF/LTC - $1,275 per week

About the role

This is a contract position for 4 weeks, starting on August 3, 2026, working 40 hours per week in an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.
• Provide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Experience in SNF / LTC settings.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of practice.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and practices.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
