Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Rehab - $1,487 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
