About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role emphasizes ADLs, safety, and functional carryover. New grads encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT
- Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT
- Document treatments accurately
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program
- Active (or pending) state COTA license
- SNF experience preferred, not required
Pay
Competitive weekly pay. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts, days (07:00:00 - 15:00:00)
