About the Role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rehabilitation Therapist for an assignment in Salinas, California. This is a 13-week travel position with a start date of 12/14/2026, offering 40 hours per week with flexible 8-hour shifts in an on-site workplace setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement established patient treatment plans under supervision
- Communicate with patients and team members
- Develop clinical skills and support department operations
- Report patient status changes to the supervising therapist
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited program
- 1 year of experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist
- Active California state license
- NBCOT Certification
Pay
$1,517.24 - $1,564.16 per week.
