Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - $1,452 per week

About the role

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passport required for international assignments.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in computer software relevant to occupational therapy.
