Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - $1,424 per week

Critical Connection, Inc is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Canton, Illinois.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT, with an emphasis on ADLs, safety, and functional carryover. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT
• Document treatments accurately

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program
• Active (or pending) state COTA license
• SNF experience preferred, but not required

• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days (07:00:00 - 15:00:00)
