Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Active COTA License.
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
