Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,782 per week

About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting July 27, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Active Massachusetts COTA License.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in using OT assessment tools and techniques.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $1,782.00

Schedule

36 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
