About the role
Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position available in Marshall, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' occupational performance.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
Skills
