Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,740 per week

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Santa Rosa, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year full-time COTA rehabilitation experience within the last 2 years.

Qualifications

• Current COTA license in good standing.
• Passing score on the NBCOT certification exam.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay

The pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process. The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 30 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
