About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Fairmont, West Virginia. This is a travel assignment lasting 13 weeks, full‑time (40 hours per week) on an 8‑hour shift schedule.
