Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract at a SNF/LTC facility in Glendive, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve patient function and quality of life
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Active COTA License
• BLS via American Heart Association
• State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
