Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,713 per week

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a great facility in Mission Viejo, California. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a 40-hour work week and 8-hour shifts. The position is 100% outpatient, typically treating about 8 residents per day with one-on-one care rather than group or concurrent treatments.

Responsibilities

• Assist a licensed Occupational Therapist in providing one-on-one outpatient care.
• Help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient experience required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
