Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Oakland, California.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCS
- Skilled nursing facility experience

- Average daily patient volume is 12 to 14 patients per day
- Documentation systems include Net Health and PCC

Pay and Schedule
