Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,600 per week

About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 14-week contract in Bedford, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant License.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $1,600.00 (Based on 40hrs)

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shift.
