Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,592 per week

About the role

Zack Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for a 13-week, 36-hour per week, 12-hour shift position in Butte, Montana. The start date is September 14, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to promote independence and quality of life.
• Document progress and communicate with clients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license.
• At least 2 years of recent OTA experience.
• Active or pending state license as an OTA.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current specialty certifications for OTA.
• Two current leadership references, one current co-worker reference.
• Pass background/urine drug screening.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
