Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,580 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting August 24, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam

• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping

Pay

• Based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
