Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Fairmont, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• At least 2+ years of recent experience in occupational therapy.
• Valid state license to practice occupational therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or related field preferred.
• Pass a background check.
