Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,570 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Santa Clara, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques

Qualifications

• Valid California OTA license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or eligibility to take the exam

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation
