Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week position starting on June 15, 2026, in Fairmont, West Virginia. The shift is 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists in providing occupational therapy services to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Be able to pass a drug screening.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
