About the role
We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a great facility. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in regaining skills for everyday life under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active State License is required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in the state.
- 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
Assignment Details
- Duration: 13 weeks.
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
- No floating required.
- Start Date: 09/14/2026.
- Employment Type: Travel.

Location Highlights
Warsaw, Virginia offers access to the Northern Neck region, with Main Street located near the Rappahannock River and seasonal community events in the downtown district. Belle Isle State Park is about 20 miles away and provides shoreline trails, kayaking access, and views of the Rappahannock River. Westmoreland State Park is within about 35 miles and features beach access along the Potomac River, hiking trails, and fossil hunting areas. Richmond is roughly 70 miles southwest, giving travelers access to the Virginia State Capitol, museum districts, and a larger dining and entertainment scene.
