About the role
This is a 13-week travel assignment with a start date of 11/23/2026. The position requires 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. Workplace is on-site.
Responsibilities
- Implement established patient treatment plans under supervision
- Communicate with patients and team members
- Develop clinical skills and support department operations
- Report patient status changes to the supervising therapist
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited program
- 1 year of experience
- Active California license
- NBCOT Certification
Pay
$1,524.81 - $1,571.97 per week
