About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026, in Rancho Mirage, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve functional abilities
- Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses.
