LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting September 1, 2026, in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Assist with daily activities of living
• Provide occupational therapy services as directed by a licensed therapist

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
