Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position available at Volare - South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Assess patient functional abilities and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a COTA.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day shift.
