Responsibilities

- Assists patients in achieving independence in activities of daily living through occupational therapy techniques.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Evaluates patient progress and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
- Documents patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- SNF / LTC experience required.
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice.

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
