Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Puyallup, Washington. This role is full-time, with 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift (08:00–16:00, Monday through Friday).
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in a rehabilitation setting.
Requirements
- Active certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Willingness to travel for the assignment.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
