Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCC
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in the state Assignment Details
