Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,484 per week
About the Role
We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Twinsburg, Ohio. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life.
Responsibilities
- Assist a licensed Occupational Therapist in delivering therapy services.
- Help patients develop, recover, and improve skills needed for daily living.
- Work with adults on sensory integration techniques.
- Participate in goal setting for patient care.
- Utilize NetHealth/PCC for assignment documentation.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification may be required (from AHA or ARC).
- Experience with sensory integration for adults.
- Comfort with goal setting.
- Experience with NetHealth/PCC.
Assignment Details
- Duration: 13 weeks.
- 40 hours per week anticipated.
- Shift: 8 hours.
- Employment Type: Travel.
