Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,460 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract position starting August 3, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience working in SNFs preferred
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel assignments)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
• Current CPR certification

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 38 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
