Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Alamosa, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active State License to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC (may be required).

- Minimum requirements for the position.
Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
