Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Rehabilitation Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or similar facility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
