Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,441 per week

Responsibilities

• Incorporates the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
• Provides therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Assesses patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Documents patient progress and communicates with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Passing score on the national certification exam for COTA.
• Current CPR certification.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and principles.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
