Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,408 per week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 12-week assignment starting July 22, 2026, in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to perform hands-on patient care tasks.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is also a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
