SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Petoskey, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence and improve quality of life.
• Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• 1 year full-time COTA experience within the last 2 years.

Qualifications

• Current state certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

The pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
