Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,309 per week
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role emphasizes Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), safety, and functional carryover. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT.
- Document treatments accurately.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program.
- Active (or pending) state COTA license.
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred but not required.
Pay
Competitive weekly pay. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
