Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week position starting September 1, 2026, in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
