About the role

Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a position in Sheridan, Oregon. The start date is ASAP and the duration is 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts during the day.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence and improve quality of life.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
