About the role
Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a position in Sheridan, Oregon. The start date is ASAP and the duration is 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts during the day.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence and improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
Qualifications
