About the role
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be part of a team providing therapy services in Havana, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' occupational performance
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
