About the role
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
- Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
- Explaining scanning procedures to patients
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
- Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Travel-only opportunity for {{Discipline}} professionals
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COA) certification
- Active state occupational therapy license (if applicable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
- 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
- Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
- 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

$1,026 - $1,103 per week
Schedule
12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
