Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,053 per week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 12-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their daily living skills.
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patients' independence and quality of life.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
