Responsibilities

• Implementing OT plan of care
• Documenting patient progress accurately and timely
• Aiding in patient and family education
• Following safety and compliance protocols

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license or ability to obtain one
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
