About the role
Anders Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026 at the University of Utah - University Orthopaedic Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Utah.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
