Travel CCU Registered Nurse - $2,175 per week

About the role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple units including Med/Surg, ICU, and ER. The ideal candidate must be comfortable floating between units and possess critical care experience. This is a 13-week contract position located in Geneva, New York, with full-time night shifts (7 PM - 7:30 AM).
Schedule
- Full Time, 3x12 Night Shifts (7 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Holiday and every other weekend requirements
- Two on-call shifts every four weeks
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients across various units
- Utilize critical care skills and assess patient needs effectively
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in patient interactions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
Requirements
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Med/Surg, Tele, or Critical Care Units
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (from AHA or RQI), NIHSS
- Ability to obtain additional certifications (CPI, Basic Coronary Care) within specified timeframes
