Travel Cath Lab Technologist - Full-Time

About the role

Perform complex cardiac interventions as first assistant in a state-of-the-art catheterization lab. Utilize advanced equipment such as OCT, IVUS, Rotoblator, Shockwave, and drug-coated balloons. Assist with device insertions including Impella, IABP, and stent deployment. Maintain sterile procedures, handle equipment setup, stock supplies, and work as room circulator. Provide care for adult and geriatric patients, float within the facility as needed. Complete assigned education promptly and adhere to on-call requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of recent hospital bedside experience in Cath Lab and Angio with scrub experience.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R, Oregon state license (OBMI).
• Experience with advanced cardiac equipment and procedures is essential.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to different roles, and handle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Work five 10-hour day shifts weekly, with on-call duties approximately one weeknight and one weekend every 3-4 weeks.
• Perform equipment setup, assist during procedures, and ensure patient and procedural safety.
• Complete necessary education within one week of assignment.
• Potential for extension based on performance.
