Travel Cath Lab Technologist

About the role

The Cath Lab Technologist position at Indiana Regional Medical Center is urgent and offers a duration of 13 weeks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm, with 40 hours per week. There are 2 weeknight call shifts and 2 weekend call shifts per 5-week rotation, with a 30-minute response time required.

Responsibilities

• Aid in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Operate Cath Lab imaging equipment
• Support physicians during cardiac interventions
• Maintain sterile environment and procedural safety
• Participate in emergency cardiac response cases
• Participate in on-call Cath Lab coverage

Requirements

• Accredited Radiologic Technologist program completion required
• ARRT certification required (active and in good standing)
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• 2–3 years Cath Lab (diagnostic + interventional) experience required
• Cath Lab experience required
• Strong emergency response skills required

Qualifications

• ARRT (Cardiovascular) certification preferred
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) preferred
