Travel Cath Lab Technologist

About the role

A Cath Lab Technologist assists physicians in performing cardiovascular procedures by scrubbing in or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data. They ensure the procedure room is prepared, monitor supplies and instruments, and participate in staff meetings, performance improvement, and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Support invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures
• Maintain procedural readiness of the Cath Lab
• Monitor supplies and instruments
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Participate in staff meetings, performance improvement, and staff training

Requirements

• ARRT-R certification
• State licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Interventional Radiology preferred
• Training in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred
