About the role
ProLink Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 4-week assignment starting immediately in Commerce Charter Twp, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering contrast media and monitoring vital signs
- Operate and maintain equipment used in cardiac catheterization laboratories
- Document patient care activities and procedures accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
- Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Skills
- Proficiency with medical imaging equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
Benefits
Tax-free stipend to be determined based on pay package.
Pay
Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
Shifts are 10 hours, days.
