Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Prepare patients, check vital signs, and explain procedures before they start.
• Procedure Assistance: Hand tools to doctors and help during angiograms or pacemakers.
• Equipment Operation: Run imaging and hemodynamic monitoring machines.
• Safety & Sterility: Keep the room clean and manage radiation safety rules.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Finish a training program in cardiovascular technology or nursing.
• Certification: Hold credentials like the Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or ARRT certification.
